Unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return Your Order

1. Repackage the item securely.

2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed.

To keep your garments looking and feeling the best, follow these care instructions:

Machine Wash cold at 30°C with similar colours

Use mild detergent – avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

Wash inside out to preserve print and fabric quality

Do not tumble dry – lay flat or hang to air dry

Iron on low heat – avoid ironing directly on any prints

Do not dry clean

Do not bleach

Organic cotton improves with care; wash less, wear more.

We use Royal Mail Standard Delivery to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Typically 2–4 working days within the UK after dispatch.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

Standard Royal Mail services may not include tracking. If you require tracking, please choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

Royal Mail will make one delivery attempt. If you’re not available, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

UK mainland only. For deliveries to remote or offshore locations, additional time may be required.
